Your expert bartender arrives at your venue with a full portable bar, premium spirits, fresh ingredients, and all the equipment you need. After a welcome drink, you're guided step by step through making three cocktails from scratch. It's fully hands-on – you shake, muddle, strain, and pour every drink yourself.
A typical masterclass runs for around 60 to 90 minutes, depending on the package and group size. Larger groups may take a little longer as we split into smaller sessions to make sure everyone gets proper hands-on time behind the bar.
Every guest makes three cocktails from scratch, plus a welcome drink to get the party started. You choose from eight themed packages, each featuring a different combination of three cocktails. That's four drinks per person in total.

We cater for groups of all sizes, from intimate gatherings of six to eight guests right up to larger parties of 30 or more. For bigger groups, we split into smaller sessions and rotate, so everyone gets proper hands-on time making cocktails rather than just watching.
Just a venue with a table (a kitchen island, dining table, or trestle table all work perfectly) and access to running water. We bring absolutely everything else – the full bar set-up, all spirits and mixers, fresh ingredients, garnishes, ice, glassware, and equipment.

Yes. We always offer mocktail alternatives so non-drinkers, designated drivers, pregnant guests, or anyone who simply prefers not to drink can join in fully. The mocktails use the same techniques and fresh ingredients – the only difference is the alcohol. Nobody misses out.
We use fresh ingredients including citrus fruits, dairy (in some cocktails), and nuts (in some garnishes). If anyone in your group has allergies or dietary requirements, let us know when you book and we'll adjust the ingredients or suggest an alternative package.
Whatever you like – there's no dress code. Most people wear what they'd normally wear to a party. You'll be standing at a bar, shaking cocktails, and having fun, so comfortable clothes you don't mind getting a small splash on are a good shout. Hen parties in matching outfits? Go for it.
